A: The resin is shipped in 25-kilogram bags, with 50 bags stacked on each pallet.
A: Our standard term is FOB Port Klang
A: The minimum order quantity is a 20-foot container load, which is approximately 15 to 16 metric tons.
A: Yes, samples are available for testing, but we do not offer them free of charge. We can ship the required sample quantity, but we will invoice you for the sample material and the associated shipping costs.
A: Payment must be made via bank transfer prior to loading, with 100% of the invoice amount settled before we release the materials for shipment.
